Cute things kids say...

I am writing these so I won't forget :) My son Mason and I were talking in the car about Treasures ect... Things earthly things. And I told him our treasures will be in Heaven that it does not matter what we have here on earth. And he told me that Heaven is our greatest reward. So true . He has such a great understanding of God and the Bible. I love hearing what children have to say on life . They are more wise than most adults!
also I was talking to the boys about when they are older girls will be chasing them down . And I told them that moma is going to have to come and beat those girls off of them. :) Trucker started laughing and said he would like that! I asked him you willlike the girls chasing you ? He said no I like the part of you beating them off us !! HAHAHAHH

Summer fun

I don't write much because no one really visits my site but me. I write stuff for memories for me. If any one ever does read it and enjoys it well It makes me happy :) Here are a few picture from the summer. It has been very hot this week so we spend alot of time in our little pool! These pictures are mostly of my younger kids. My big boys were inthe house!

Funny boy

My little Trucker is the funniest kid! Yestarday we were playing and he said to me. Mom my heart is happy. I said your heart is happy how come? He said he loved me and loved his brothers and sister! Oh what a sweet kid he is.
Also we went for a bike ride the other day . about five or six miles. My 9 year old decided he wanted to pull the bike buggy with two kids in it for me. He pulled it behind his bike over half the way back! He told me He did not think it was fair that I had to carry it all the way myself. I love my kids they are sooo sweet!!

I Hate Cancer

I hate it HAte it HAte it! My cousin was just diagnosed with breast cancer today! She is a young mother to three kids. I have such a hard time not letting the fear take over my life. It is not even me who has it. It is that horrible word and what it does that scares the CRAP out of me. I put myself in her shoes. Just telling the kids you had cancer is heartbreaking! I know for me my kids know what it is and what it does. I know how they would react. How do you be brave and strong? I know God is there ect.. some times , alot of times it is just so hard to trust in the things you can not see or not knowing the outcome. I know life is not supposed to be easy. I know that . It just seems so many many people are dying from cancer. So many people who were prayed so hard for. I don't Doubt God and I don't doubt the power of prayer it has gotten me through some very hard times. I just don't understand why He chooses to heal some and not others. I am sorry but I am just venting .They are just thoughts that fly through my head . Just needing to be honest and ask what I wonder. I know I won't get answers But to sometimes release the thought help!

Cartoon and Bad words

Man these days you even have to preview cartoon to make sure there are no bad words in them! My son was watching a superman cartoon. He came out and told me it had 6 bad words in them????? Six bad words in a cartoon!! That is just ridiculous. He told me I know why they have bad word in them Hollywood made them! HAHAHAHAHHA! Thank goodness I have children who strive to do what God wants them to and are very careful not to repeat things they have heard! I am very thankful for that!

a fun day today..

Today we decided to take all 6 kids to Hopewell furnace. Usually taking six kids anywhere results in some one whining crying throwing a temper tantrum and ending with mom and Dad stressed and bummed.
But today they were all pretty good. I love looking at the old houses and just imagining living there. I would love to have some land for my 6 crazy kids to run around on. But here are some pictures of our day. It was alot of fun!
